She has appeared in performances throughout Europe, Asia, and North America. Ms. Jeong’s versatility in solo, orchestral, and chamber music has taken her to internationally recognized venues such as Tokyo City Opera Concert Hall, Beijing Poly Theater, Shanghai Centre Concert Hall, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, Avery Fischer Hall, Alice Tully Hall and Carnegie Hall.
Ms. Jeong achieved her bachelor’s degree at Ewha Women’s University as a recipient of the Talent Cultivation Fund from the Korean government. She is currently residing in New York, pursuing her doctorate at SUNY Stony Brook as a full-scholarship student. She earned master’s degree from the Juilliard School where she was the recipient of the Juilliard Alumni Scholarship and served as teaching assistant after graduation.
